how to use EPSOM salt

okay so my previous tread my betta ate some plant fertilizer and was looking lethargic always hiding and staying in one spot. so im gonna use laxatives like frozen brine shrimp and dephnia but right now im gonna do the epsom soak first. how do i begin??? i know its roughly 2 tsp per gallon so do i just mix it in and put him in or what?

Since he ate something so toxic and needs to get it out as soon as possible, I'd put him in a quarantine container with dechlorinated water and 3 teaspoons of epsom salt. Leave him in there, and change the water 100% daily while he's in there (and add new epsom each time).
