Question Betta food???

I found some new fish food at work and I want to know if it will be ok for my bettas.
It's tetracolor tropical flakes, container says nothing about bettas but it's 49% protein.
Thats more than the other three they've got 46% ,38% and 40%.
I like to feed them different stuff all the time,so I jump on brand new and free.
They also have 3 kinds of treats Mysis,Daphnia,Blood Worms.

So what do you think betta yummies or downgrade it to the goldfish?

A high amount of protein doesn't mean useable protein. Is some sort of fish or shrimp the first ingredient? This makes it much more edible and better for their digestion.
Variety is good, but flakes are not the best to feed anyways. Though personally I think they (depending on ingredients) are easier to digest.
Are the treats frozen or freeze dried? Frozen is so much better. I just add vitamins to my frozen bloodworm and feed them almost exclusively. Otherwise I feed New Life Spectrum, but one of my fish gets sluggish after I feed those. Even though they are a high quality pellet his digestive tract doesn't handle them as well as frozen bloodworms.

The first three on the food are fish meal, dried yeast, and shrimp meal.
so it sounds like it could be a good one.
As for the treats Mysis and Daphnia are freeze dried bloodworms I've got both.

Yes my fish are spoiled when it comes to food.
