Wanted: Clip-On Light for 1 Gallon Bowl

So I am not actually setting up a betta tank. I am taking one of my old bowls and setting up a cherry shrimp tank with Marimo. But it needs lights. Preferably awesome lights. Maybe blue? Or red? Or just white. Whatever. It is a 1 or 2 gallon drum shaped bowl. Not sure which one I am going to use yet. Probably the 1 gallon. I don't want to spend more than $20. But feel free to show me ones that cost more if they are super awesome. Like able to change the color awesome.
So give me links to stuff you have found that could work for this kind of thing.
