I would love more, but I've forbidden myself till I get a stand for the 15 gal. tank I found.

It's gonna go to my goldfish cause right now they live in a 4gal.
So I have to change the water every day to keep them happy.
plus the 3 bettas get water changes every other,so I spend at least an hour a day
on my fish.
add that to job, school, and kid I've just got no time left.

Lol. Does anyone have over 20 bettas? I have 4 right now and have suckered my friend into "rescuing" one. I want more but the space, tanks, and responsibility is wayyyy to much right now.

Many people on here have more than 20, especially the breeders. I have 11, I want another male so bad and I'll probably pick up a few more females once my 29g is empty. There is also a member in here that said she could sell me a pair of her next spawn. And my local breeder always has something I want. Blagh.

I can sooooo relate! Although I just have the one boy now, I am seriously thinking of getting another one{ female} once I move Argo to his new tank.

Usually about 10mins during the morning and 10mins at night to feed 10 tanks (four 1.5g betta, 1g tetra QT, 5.5g betta, 2.5g betta, 10g female betta, 15g tropical and 29g tropical) and another 5 mins if I'm feeding frozen. Water changes are easy, I just cup the fish, take tank to the bathroom and rinse out, re fill with water and float fish while I do the next tank. When I'm done the next tank, I release the first fish and float the second, cup the third and keep going. Usually takes me about an hour twice a week. The bigger tanks get 25% water change on Sundays, that's about an hour. My bigger tanks are cycled. Then there's the dog walks, cat litter, cleaning rat cage twice a week, rats get an hour out to play everyday AND two toddlers running around. Then the dragon gets her time too LOL I usually do everyone's feed at once, fish, dog, cat, and fresh food for the dragon and rats. I'm busy, and it worst when I have a sick pet or child.
