Protruding eyes?

i think my betta might be developing "pop eye". his eyes seem like thier beginning to slightly protrude more than normal.. what should i do?!

they look like thier buldging out of the socket just a tad bit

What temperature is your tank?
Does your tank have a filter?
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration?
Is your tank heated?
What tank mates does your betta fish live with?

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish?
How often do you feed your betta fish?

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change?
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change?
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change?

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia:
Nitrite:
Nitrate:
pH:
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed?
How has your betta fish's behavior changed?
When did you start noticing the symptoms?
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how?
Does your fish have any history of being ill?
How old is your fish (approximately)?

Fill that out so we can help you better, and a picture would be great.

What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 100%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? conditioner

(im going to test it this weekend)

if you feel it is popeye, popeye can be caused by: cold water, dirty water, stress. IME that is :) you have a heater? and yeah, what size is the tank, and how often is it cleaned (how much?)

He might be getting stressed with all the 100% changes to that tank. Ina 2.5 gal you can do just 1 50% and 1 100% a week.

If his eyes do seem to be bigger than usual, but not cloudy, I'd treat with 1-2 tsp/gal epsom salt to reduce swelling.

He's acting fine otherwise?

And even this "small" change, is always good to catch in a "just in case" situation :) I know people who would look over that... and yeah, a picture would be nice if you can get one up.
