Bettas can survive along time without food. I would just keep fasting if hes still bloated

It may be an internal parasite.. about to walk out the door, but it is worth to look up on to see if that is what is causing it. You still want to give him some food once in a while, otherwise he will become weak and it will bring down his immune system and ability to fight off whatever is causing this.
