Yesterday I lost one of my swordtails in my community tank which had my plakat, Moseby in it. Before he died I could tell he way very sick and before I got him in QT Moseby was hanging around him gently nudging him. After I got him in QT which was a clear container with AQ salt so Moseby could see through. He stayed by my sword all night until he passed away in the morning. It was so cute I was crying (mostly because I just lost my fishy
). The swordtail had a twin who also seemed to be affected by his death....and her and Moseby have been moved to another tank. The other sword got slightly wedged under a rock today and Moseby stayed by her side and kept gently nudging her until I came home and got her out (she is okay btw). He is too cute! He's my little softy.
So you guys can post your cute betta stories, I would love to hear them! I just really needed to post this, it was so cute. After all, you gotta love bettas!
