My Green DT and Blue CT

I finally was able to take some photos of my Bettas for the first time in over a month. I've had Gamma (the green DT) for about a month, and Betta (the blue CT) I've owned for quite a few months and he has grown to be a mammoth (his body is thick as my thumb, is that normal?). It is extremely hard to capture their true colors on camera, especially Betta's because his colors do best under white light, and the tank has the regular aquarium lights in it. Gamma is naturally metallic green with purple/green fins. Betta is very dark blue with red in his fins. Since Betta is so dark, I wasn't able to get as many photos of him.

The only time they notice eachother in the divided tank is during feeding. They both take turns eating their pellets as to avoid getting too close to eachother (even though it's divided). They both make bubblenests after each water change, so I hope that means they are happy and not just... ready to breed.

You're the second person to tell me that, so I had to look up what copper actually looks like. I was thinking the color of a penny, but now that I know what copper looks like on a Betta, yes, he is a copper
