My happy day

Today I went to get my well water tested, since after the earthquakes it has been messing up my bettas overall health and making them prone to disease death...Killed my two best dragon hmpk and my best breeding female.
So turns out the well water pH is so high its off the little chart My poor bettas have been having 50% water changes with me dumping in water that has a pH higher than 8!! no wonder their immune systems are weak. I'm happy that its only the pH since its easy to solve
I was getting nervous that some kind of virus of bad chemical had made its way into the water.
I've chucked in oak leaves, peat moss and drained most of the water from the sump out and added the nice brown water from the breeding tank. I'm going to use rainwater from now on.

And then I scored me a little blue pk guy and his 2 pk sisters at the petshop all for the price of females which made me even happier.
And then! i checked on my black female wh is getting conditioned to find she is full of eggs and crazily fat!

I'll chuck piccies up in the near future
