Dude, I just scored so much weed!

Duckweed that is! For only $2!!! I don't know what to do with it all. I only have one tank. I will post pictures of it in the tank later, but here is a picture for now to show you just how much I got.

Seriously, overwhelmed!

No, I hope there isn't a fish in the bag. They special ordered it for me, so I was expecting it to be around $5 or more. I told him I didn't want all of it but he didn't want to deal with it.

Oh, and did I mention that this store only had 1 betta and it was in a 5 gallon tank?!? It was overfed, a bunch of uneaten food in the water, but other than that it appeared to be just marvelous, and the water was clean otherwise. If I wasn't dealing with so much right now I would have bought him on the spot. The most red betta I have ever seen!

Oh my. That looks slightly terrifying. If you look closer you can almost see a backbone.

I think that that is a dead fish it is all upside down and floating, you might want to quarantine the duckweed a little bit longer than normally

I see what you mean, but when I look at the bag I don't see anything. I mean, I see tons of little critters. Worms, flea shaped things, maybe a shrimp? It looks like some pretty nasty stuff...

On the other hand I would love if I could just add it all in. I want all sorts of random little critters, I just don't want anything that could hurt me fish. So is there some sort of list that goes over dangerous things to add to fish tanks?

Okay, it is actually kind of creeping me out at this point. It seems like the duckweed itself is alive. What the heck did I buy?
