Gustav is bloated :(

Housing
What size is your tank? 5 gallons
What temperature is your tank? 80*F
Does your tank have a filter? Yes, just turned it on yesterday
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? No
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? None

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Omega One Betta Buffet Pellets and Flakes
How often do you feed your betta fish? Twice a day, pellets in the morning and flakes at night. I fasted him over the weekend, though

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? 25% every day, 50% Tuesday, 100% Friday
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? See above
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? I keep his water in gallon jugs, half with Prime in them and the other half with Stress Coat

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia: 0.5ppm Ammonium
Nitrite:
Nitrate:
pH:
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? His belly is bloated from his gills to his anal fin (see attached photo)
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? It hasn't
When did you start noticing the symptoms? An hour ago
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? No
Does your fish have any history of being ill? Not that I know of
How old is your fish (approximately)? I got him last Sunday

Fast him for a few days, put him in qt, and treat him with 2 tsp/gal epsom salt. Change his water and redose the epsom salt every day while he's in qt.

Ok, should I fast him the whole time he's in qt? How long should he be in qt?

You should use the epsom salt until he is back to his normal size and until all the swelling has gone down. Depending on how long that takes, you can feed him in the mean time, but fast him for a few days first.

With epsom salt you can use it for 14 days if necessary, but I don't think that'll be the case with Gustav. He just looks to be constipated.
