should i be worried?

my little betta just dart himself on the stem of the artificial plant (hit his head on the plant) But i checked his body and it doesn't look like he has fungus, velvet, or ick......weird....he's not clamped or lethargic either

They can start rubbing up on things even before you see the ick, thats how i always know i need to get QT's set up and move them before it gets bad

Hmm idk
the first rub i see i pull them and start treatment, I just had to pull one out of my tank the other day cause i saw him rub, He was in a split tank, but so far no one else is rubbing.
Just keep and eye on him and wait to see what others think

I don't understand what you mean by he hit himself but he's not showing signs of velvet, ick etc. . Those are fungus diseases brought on by dirty water and poor diet etc. Immediate signs of injury would be lesions on the body, tears on the fins ,red spots, and confusion or inability/difficulty to swim.

he's just darting into the stem of the plant, but i don't see why he would do that because he doesn't have signs of diseases. But he only did it once, and he seems pretty happy swimming around right now. I just changed his water today too so.....and i did 2 50% 1 100% for the pass week so i don't think dirty water is the problem. well i will keep a close eye on him to make sure he doesn't develop signs of diseases.
