A very knowledgible person on another forum is pretty sure it's columnaris. She says the greying is tissue decay so the blue girl probably won't make it. There may be hope for the other two.

Unfortunately I'm afraid she's probably right about not making it. Every instance of this mystery disease has been fatal, and within a 24 hour period. Sorry I can't offer more help, and sorry you have to deal with this horrible disease.
