Question about Plant food with Betta

I know that Betta's are sensitive to metals from what I have read and I just want to make sure that plant food is ok. For example I'm looking at API Leaf Zone by the same people who make Stress Coat. The ingredients are 3% Soluable Pot Ash and .1 Chelated Iron from Potassium Sulfate and PDAA whatever all that is. Is this ok? Sounds pretty low in metal. And Im sure its fine but even though it says for freshwater tropical fish tanks I want to make certain with a Betta. Thanks.

Generally the plant food for aquarium plants are safe for most livestock...

Depending on the number, species, growth state and how the plant feeds....with liquid food for water column feeders-be sure and make a 50% water change before you add the food as a general rule....too much unused plant food can cause algae problems more than fish problems....if the plant doesn't need the food the algae will and that may become more of a problem.....

Love see pic of your planted tank and here more about it and your Betta...
