Feeding betta worms from fruits.


My wife was cutting into an asian pear and found a worm. Just the size that will feed a betta.

I decided to give it to my betta.

He ate it and spit it out like 20 times before sinking to the bottem.

Next morning, it was gone. Assume by betta ate it.

Is it wrong? Harmful?

I'm not 100% certain but I'd say it's ok. If they came across them in the wild they'd likely eat it. Maybe it was sour though? lol
