Natsume in just one month

My dream fish was always one of those "patriot" fancy marbles, they're just crazy cool looking. My first Aquabid fish was purchased exactly a month ago today. At the time he was three months old, and he took my breath away.
I had read a few comments in the AB thread about marbles often changing color and losing their white, though I didn't realize exactly how common it really was.
I still love him of course, but it's rather bittersweet to look back now. He's unrecognizable from the fish I purchased just a month ago.

I don't think any of his white is going to last. But it's sort of amazing, and in the end he let me know he's really quite happy:

awww that sucks, but at least he is a pretty blue color now! :( some of my bettas have dramatically changed colors too, like Ryu ans Sakura.

I absolutely adore marbles for this reason! amazing to see the changes they go through throughout their lifetime! its like having multiple fish.. I adore his lips!
