Conditioning a sorority?

Hi all,
So this is my first thread on this site and I had a question about conditioning. I have bred betta fish before ( couple years back) and I have brushed up on my research and new theory’s, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever had experience conditioning a whole sorority at the same time? Or is that even a healthy way of conditioning?
I have a pair that I am planning to breed but the female is currently in a 10g with 3 other ladies. I've recently put her in a separate compartment in the 10g tank. In the past I kept my females in separate tanks.
Long story short, Can I condition a female if she's in a tank with other females?

Thanks for reading

You should be able to. I really dont see why not! Also, with breeding- it may not go as planned. Your chosen female may not wanna mate at this time. Your other two females I would condition as well just in case- and so they dont get jealous and fight over food! " hey. why does she get that and I dont!" type of thing lolz. Its good to have back-ups. Just feed them high protien foods =D I personally think beefheart is awesome. I would try to feed them one at a time separately to avoid another girl stealing another's food and resulting in any over feeding.

Most of my females are in sororities. Only those that are super aggressive or the one I want to delay growing are in solitaries. I feed all of them equally - a lot. So they're always ready to be bred.
