Holiday theme backgrounds... YAY or NAY?!?!???

So since i got my 10 gallon ive been trying to decide which background i wanted from the pet store. but i think ive come up with a better idea! i totally love all holidays so why not! right now is october so halloween of course! im using scrapbook sheets right now but for xmas ill just use wrapping paper. wat do u guys think?? in the first pic Violet kinda looks like a shark! haha. So yay or nay?!??! also Bettas love change so it works as entertainment too!!!

great idea! it much more cheaper to use old wrapping paper than to buy some background at the petstore.

It would look very wierd in my tanks since they are both natural, but it works with more funky tanks like yours, I think. :)

I use floral scrapbook paper in the back of my planted tanks and I think it still looks pretty.

I like it =)

I got some fall silk leaves from the craft section of a store, and spread a few on the bottom of one of my tanks against dark rocks, and made "trees" with them, using all the colors of falls.. found some ceramic pumpkins, and almost got this ceramic ghost I saw at Walmart the other day. I say, go for a seasonal theme tank too! =P

Yea not only does my Betta like it, my daughter LOVES it! works in more than 1 way. i agree it would look silly in a natural looking tank. glad u guys like it too. when u guys draw out yers, id love to see!
