Dwarf Puffer tank!

Here's little Huey. I just redid his tank today. I need a couple more plants since I lost some of my crypt. I'm finally getting a handle on the ridiculous algae. Lots of work though. He's not even hiding. Anyway, it needs more filling out with plants.

looks nice! puffers are so cute, but I don't know if I could handle having to do dental work on them O_o

Dwarfs don't need that. They don't eat the shells. They suck the snails right out of them. You can't see it in that pic but that tank is a snail shell graveyard. :)

Do they require live foods exclusively or will frozen brine shrimp and krill do for a staple?

A good staple is Frozen Bloodworms. And a pond snail 2-3 days a week.

^ What Diablo said. You can also get them to take mysis shrimp sometimes but it's iffy. Bloodworms, Huey goes crazy for. He sucks them up like spaghetti!
