Kindles

I'm looking at Kindles again. I like the Kindle Touch 3 g. Do any of you guys have one? Is it like a computer where you can surf the web?

Maybe it's 4 g, I can't remember. lol

No idea DQ. I thought the Kindle was just an electronic book only.

If you want something that surfs the web and mulitasks you'd be into iPad territory I believe!

There are a bunch of new Kindles coming out...very exciting. I had a K1 until I broke it, bought a K2 and now I want a kindle Fire. It's 1/2 the price of an Ipad and uses wifi. I have an Ipad already, I just like to buy toys.

I have none of these, just a silly app on my HTC phone that allows me to download books. Me not so into the fancy gadgets, I usually buy a few years later when they are 1/8th of the price LOL

You can get a Kindle app on the iPad too. I have one cause I broke my Kindle. Kindle rocks but I don't know anything about the touch versions. I had to stop buying them after I broke the second one. :P

I prefer to read on the kindle, the ipad hurts my eyes which would pretty much rule out the Fire I guess. Hmmm
