Ok the swelling has gone down some but not alot. i never did put pinky in a floater bowl because i lowered his water in the tank since I have some decorations and anubias that help him with his buoyancy problem. I think in the bowl he would miss hsving his castle and resting leaf. Also the lid traps moisture very well as you can see it almost rain from how much condensation builds up on it lol. Now the problem seems to be his buoyancy. He has a hard time swimming to the bottom. Everytime he does he will float right back up really quick. alot of times too he floats on his side too. I have been feeding him the shrimp with garlic and he loves it. He does swim around on the top of the water during the day and i do see him try to swim down once in awhile. So at least he has more energy for now. His scales aren't as raised anymore except for on his belly but i believe thats just from swelling.
