Unhappy My betta is sick

Hello felow betta friends, I recently bought a betta, and after some weeks I noticed he had some sort of blurred cloudy stuff on his head, body and now even on the fins.

- Iīve a 2L tank, arround (not sure) 20š C 68š F, no filter, air stone or any kind of aeration. The aquarium isnīt heated and he lives all by himself.

- I feed him nutrafin max, for all he can eat in 2 mins per day.

- I usually change the water once per week, but now Iīve been doing it every 3 days ( because Iīm using Sera Mycopur). I always change the whole tank and add conditioner, leaving the fish in a cup and adding water from the tank after a while so the tank temperature gets to the same as before, then I add a bit of water from the tank to the fish cup.

-Never tested my water, i know the water is alkaline arround 7 and 8 ph.

-My betta started showing signs of some cloudy blurry stuff 2 weeks ago (I donīt think itīs cotton) on top of his head and body. Also he has a side fin with signs of rotting at an inicial phase.
When i started reading and looking carefully I noticed he was laying more on the bottom of the tank and even not eating normaly.
I started treating him with Sera Mycopur just like itīs advised on the instructions: 2 drops per 2 L (and also 2 drops every day). Change water every 3 days. The fish hasnīt got any better, he lays on the top of the tank or bottom and moves a bit more frequently I guess.
Changed the water 2 times already and gave him 2 drops every day.
I donīt know if he was sick before I bought him, heīs still young.

Hereīs a pic of my betta the blurred patch is on the top, in the bottom its just reflection from the light, the pic is blurred ill try to upload a decent foto as soon as possible.

Try aquarium salt. Start out with 1 tsp/gal and slowly bring it u to 3 ts/gal over the next day or two. You don't want to go too quick and cause shock, so try bumping up the salt every 8 or more hours.

Change the water daily while on AQ salt as well.

Also, you should try to get his temp up to 76-82. They're tropical fish and they need warm water. 68 is too low. It's hard to tell what that is from the picture. If you can get a better one, that would help lots!
