Fishie Dreams

i've been wondering this for a while.. do any of you guys ever dream about your fish? haha i know it sounds weird, but i must say i've had a lot of dreams about my fish ever since i got him, and now my parrot fish are popping up in my dreams.

let's see, i've dreamt:
-that he jumped out of his tank and died ):
-that he jumped out of his tank and his tail was gone
-that i put him along with my four parrot fish in his 2.5 gallon
-that i had a mix betta/parrot fish that was golden yellow, then turned an iridescent white

and numerous others that i can't recall at the moment. haha (:
but most them have been sad, i have no idea why.

so any fishie dreams you have had?

I actually dreamed one about both my bettas (including the one who died) a few nights ago. I was in some weird place that was a barn/apartment and it was REALLY sketchy and grotty. Both bettas were in 100+ gallon aquariums by themselves. One day I woke up and noticed that Octo (the betta who died) was in with a GORGEOUS red CT with blue wash, and flipped out and had to stick the poor CT in a kritter keeper. It was really weird.

Good question! I dream more about my dog recently and having him around :(


I cannot remember specifically any dreams I've had with Lakitu but sometimes I'll dream that fish are in the air "swimming" around in the air... Like bugs. It's strange and I love those dreams ^>^

I dreamed that I put 2 of my females together in a 3 gallon tank and they started beating each other up.

Ive dreamed that I bought three bettas once. Ive also dreamed about my goldfish dying and woke up screaming. Lol

The day Dionysus got sick was a Sunday. I had a dream my boyfriend woke me at like 5 am up to tell me he had passed away in the night and had already taken care of burying him. Then mom REALLY woke me up for church and I moped around the house like a sad puppy missing my dead fish, only to find that he WAS still alive and that I had just been dreaming he died. That same being woken up to be told he had died in the night dream happened MULTIPLE times throughout healing him!

So horrible.

Mostly I dream about being in shops and being unable to decide which one to buy. Then I choose as I either:
a) don't have enough money
b) wake up.

I have never dreamed about MY fish, but a couple years ago i had a dream about Jareth (the Goblin King... AKA David Bowie) in a bathtub with several bettas, and he was playing with those crystal ball things, and each one had a betta in it... Yeah...

Sometimes I dream that I'm back in college and I've got several bettas in my doem room. lol
