What are clamped fins? how can i fix them?

exactly what the title says... what are they and how do i fix them????

Clamped fins are when the fins are being held close to the body. this usually means discomfort from either cold, bad water quality, or not feeling well.

Try keeping your water clean with water changes and keeping it around 78-80 degrees.

For now, I'd do a 50% change to rule out high ammonia.
