Strange happenings.

Well hi guys! I'm back, and I need some help. Recently, my little guppy Lemon got sucked into the filter. But he could'nt fit, so it was kind of just his tail, so when I unplugged it, he swam out safely. Then, that evening he died. :( Anyways, I'm left with one guppy now-Tangy. She is a female...I think? Because last night when I went to feed them, I could'nt find her. (there's a hood on my tank, no worries ^.^) So, I checked under the mountain, and er.. there's an egg sac? It's white and jellyish with little brown dots in it. And I don't know who's eggs they are, the guppy's, or the shrimp (who have now passed on). I can't provide any pictures because 1. My camera is broken. 2. The egg sac is somewhere in the tank, and I can't find it. Oh, also, to add onto this, I have baby snails from my anarcharis and planaria. Ya know, the white worms stuck to the side of the tank? D: I'm gonna need some help, like, ASAP. Also, if you have any expierience with guppies/shrimp, please contribute, and elaborate, please.

Guppies are livebearers and don't drop eggs. It sounds like snail eggs. They're usually in a clear jelly-like substance. It probably came off the plants.

Or it could just be poop.

Because, I know they are guppies but from your description of these 'eggs' they seem like they are JUST like my Goldfish poop.

Whew. I got rid of those. I did a 100% (noncycled) and I've got no more problems ;D

Awwwww Poor Boy. Bet She Is Well Lonely now :/ .... I have $ female Guppy's And 2 Males ... and i wasent sure on the breeding thing but someone told me that my 4 are pregnant ... do they just have babies then not egg's. ? sorry lol blonde moment

Yep, tiny little free-swimming fry. They pop right out, no eggs. :) I would read up on guppy pregnancy and labour just in case you run into difficulties. :)
