Bubble nests.

My Betta has been blowing bubble nest almost everyday, sometimes they're small and sometimes they cover the whole tank. I was skeptical at first that it was his doing, I thought it was the filter magically pushing out bubbles, but I caught him in the act of making them.

So is it perfectly fine for him to be making bubble nests everyday? I know that means that they're matured and somewhat content but doing it everyday I dunno if that's healthy or not.

It is fine...bubble nest building is instinct driven......mess them up every time you make a water change so he has to make another one...good exercise....lol....

I am in the same boat as you Micho, I was concerned at first. So, its safe to say he's just a happy and healthy fish?

They do it out of instinct as well as weather related, but sounds like he's a happy little guy!

I'd say he's a very happy little guy if he's making them everyday! :)
