10 Gallon Set up

Alright! so this is my 10 gallon tank. Just wondering if anyone has any opinions or ideas to make it better. I'm getting live plants tomorrow.

Its really nice. What about getting a backround? It makes ALL the difference.

I'm thinking about it, this tank was used when I got it and it took forever to get the background off (it was gross) Hows the cover level?

What do you mean?

I just think backrounds really make a tank. Trust me, you'll notice a BIG difference!

I'm not against having a background, just the original owner of my fish tank had it sitting in a garage for a year, it was a really ugly clean up, and the background was just moldy and gross and peeling (it looked like she had tried to glue it on with a glue stick). So i'm not against backgrounds just trying to blank the nightmare at the moment.

I'm also just wondering if this has enough hiding space for my fish, as well as ground cover.

Hah! Ew. Sounds bad. Don't use a glue stick. Most backrounds you buy at at store stick on with just some windex. You spray the glass, and it sticks. (Well, I had to tape mine because of course it didn't stick)

There looks like totally enough hiding space. But some more plants like you said would be good. Most fish love twirling through them.

You're at your limit with 6 bettas, personally I only put 5 bettas in my 10g :) It looks great! I was a non background person until I divided my 10g for the boys. Now I LOVE backgrounds! Makes the tank look more planted :)
