Fail on me!! Made a mistake....

Well, right now I am on the road going out of town for a short vacation. I will only be spending the night tonight and then I will be home tomorrow. I fed my bettas this morning and I haven't been home since then. I'm not worried about them not eating dinner because they will only be missing two meals. But, now as I'm sitting in the car I realized that I forgot to turn of the lights in their tanks....
Will my fishys be okay till tomorrow night??

Probably. They might be really lethargic when you get home. You should definitely leave the lights off when leaving though. Mistakes happen.

Mistakes happen. Don't blame yourself. They'll be okay.

It's just their light, they'll be good! They may be a tad lethargic due to lack of sleep if they don't have dark hidey holes, but nothing major. It's not going to kill them or make them sick.

Thank you guys! It's good to know that they should be okay. I'm definitely never going to do that again. Thanks again for your help!
