List of foods?

Hiya :)
I'm sure this has been noted a thousand times somewhere, but..
What is a list of good foods to feed bettas? I've only been giving Mr. Bubbles Bio-Gold pellets, since he gets realllllly bloated everytime he eats freeze-dried bloodworms, and I wanted to give him some variety.
Thanks:)

Frozen brine shrimp and daphnia help prevent constipation. I have never had a problem with frozen bloodworms either. Freezedried, well you already know.

You could also try a different type of pellet (Spectrum is a great food!) for a little more variety.

You could replace one or two meals a week with the frozen foods, and/or give the different pellet half of the time.

You could also make your own pellets. OFL has a great recipe.

many people recommend new life spectrum, hikari, or aqueon pellets. frozen bloodworms are great, 2-3 per feeding. frozen brine shrimp is also great, and frozen daphnia helps constipation and bloat. freeze-dried foods are known to cause bloat if fed too often, but it's fine as a treat once or twice max a week. some bettas are more sensitive which would explain why your little guy gets bloated from the freeze-dried bloodworms. hopes this helps. (:

Thanks both of you :)
Wow, I didn't know you could make pellets! I'll have to ask OFL if she minds sharing her recipe :)
