Marimo balls lighting help.

I have a 0.5 gallon bowl with 3 marimo balls in it, under a 9w 2700k CFL lamp. I wonder if is it enough light? I also have a 13w 6500k CFL but it is too bright for my eyes.
Also I currently use the 0.5 gallon bowl as a hospital tank, my betta ate some cory catfish foods and bloated so I have to put him in there for the next 3 days, do you guy think is it too small?

PS: I'm new here and thanks in advance . Please excuse my crappy english.

I think you will be fine with both. Marimo balls live at bottom of river bed in nature so not a huge amount of light needed, IMHO. Just keep hospital tank water changed 50 percent per day and condition water. your english is quite good, no worries!!

Thanks for the reply.
The reason I'm worry because I'm new to aquarium plants and I like to spoil my bettas. I think the spec 3 is too small for betta, so I feel a bit guilty to have my betta in a 0.5 gallon for 3 days .

Just need to turn them on occasion. I usually give mine a good squeeze when i do a water change because they can get gunky.
