Dying fishy

My mom's fish in her office is dying. He's about 2-3 years old.

Apparently he was very listless and his spine was bent downward. We put decaf green tea in to see if the tannins would help him perk up a little. 12 hours later and he is swimming upside down and has buggy eyes, and is struggling to swim. Anything we can do to make him comfy or save him? I don't think there is, but I want to take the chance that there is.

I know we are supposed to fill out tank parameters but the tank is at my moms office and I am typing this on my iPod, so there's not much I can do

i'm sorry you lost him. 2-3 is pretty good for a betta fish, and most you get from a pet store only live about that long.
