Should I Be Worried?

I went and bought 3 CT girls for my sorority, but they were kept in that blue water so I didnt notice some of the problems they had until I got home. >.<
I havent introduced them into my sorority yet, they're all in QT right now.

One of the girls has a lump on her chin, it doesnt look like a tumor from what google has shown me. It's not impeding her, she's still eating and swimming and not clamped at all, though she does seem to be slightly less active that my other CT girls. I do want to know what it is though, and if she would still be ok if I put her in my sorority after her QT period is up.

My other girl, looks like she has ammonia burns on her gills. I just want to clarify thats what it is and if itll be ok to treat her with just clean water, or if I need to go out and get some medicine for her. How long will it take for this to heal? I dont want to put her into my tank too soon and have the other girls beat her up D:

Lastly, how long will females remain eggy, ? My last girl seems to be fine other that being fat. It looks like she's eggy but it could be bloat. How do I tell the difference?

I would hold off on adding the girl with the lump. If it's lymphocytisis, then if it bursts it can infect the other fish in the tank.

If does turn out to be a tumor, solitary life will be best for her because she'll have good days and bad days, as well as being seen as weaker by the other girls, so they might pick on her more than usual.

As far as the eggy girl, I don't know how long it will last, but I would fast her for a day or two to make sure it isn't bloating/constipation. It should take care of itself since she'll either reabsorb the eggs or pass them and eat them.

ah thank you, do you know how long it would take for lymphocytisis to burst? Or is it just a whenever it happens, it happens?

What will happen to her if it does burst?

Ive noticed that the lump seems to change in size a bit. Not drastically though, just enough to be barely noticeable.

Alright, I started fasting her last night so Im glad I was doing the right thing ^^

You never know when or even if it's going to burst.

Just keep her water clean and warm. If you do notice that it's burst, then do a very thorough cleaning of the entire tank so that she doesn't get it again.

Ir us she just destined to be solitary?

She may be able to go into the sorority once she heals up from it, but I think that call should be made later on. You could keep her in view of the sorority to try and slow down the aggression that comes with solitary living, but she may never be able to live with other females either from this illness or from her own nature.
