Talking My Kiddo likes his water at 82 degrees

Soooo. It has been about 10 degrees warmer than usual the past two days so I was checking the thermometer and saw just the tiniest of bubble nests! The water is at 82 degress and it seems it suits my boy. He arrived a little over a week ago and this is his first attemt.
Here's he is in a blurry picture showing his small accomplishment.

fash - does he have a filter In his tank? I have my boy in a divided 10 gal. And I switch the filter from side to side everyday cuz it doesn't filter that great through the mesh and my Gaius only builds nests when the filter is on my girls side... I don't know wat it is but when I first divided the tank I had the filter on his side for a week and was so bummed he wasn't building the nest and then when I moved it I woke up to a nest the very next day....

my Bleu is in a 10 gallon tank and it's all for himself with the exception of having 3 ghost shrimps (orginally 8, 1 died and the rest has been eaten by him, lol) it does have a filter and a heater.

I'm only using a small filter on him cause he's the only one in the tank, so the filter isn't making much of a current but, I'll try that. I want to do everything just to see him make his nest.
