Swim Blattter Disorter Help!

My Fish Marilyn has a case of swim bladder and need help as soon as I possibly can. I am going on Vacation over Thanksgiving break with my family. Marilyn, when she swims downward she is almost completely parallel with the bottom of the tank and when she swims she tips over to the side a lot. I is totally freaking me out! As I said, I will be on vacation and the people that babysit my fish don't change water. So I do not know what to do. If you all could tell me how to treat this asap that would be more than wonderful for Marilyn and me! Thank you all in advance!
