This Crackers I inherited him from Grandmother when she passed, and he started me in a major live if birds. I also have a macaw, but no good pics of him on phone. I'll work on that today.

ETA: excuse the grammar, it's hard to type with a kitty rubbing on my arm

awwww that's cool, I have some friends have have a African grey and a blue and gold macaw. I love playing around with them :)

Here's Sundance, he's about 20

And then there's Ernie(who is a girl lol)
This is how he looked before, but then their other African grey Bonnie died and he started chewing on his feathers :(

Poor girl. She used to call out for Bonnie :( She looked worse then the pic below for a while, and had no tail because she was always plucking them out.

Yeah they are, but I really hope I don't get them for many years because that would mean something bad would happen O.O

Some pics from training Dante how to recall. she can go about 4-5 feet with clipped wings(last finger feather left to protect new feathers and help flight)

she missed my hand and landed on my camera, also landed on my head once XD Normally she is good about getting my hand, but having the camera confused her.

This shows how the wings are clipped of anyone is interested.

And Rosie's taking a nap, she had a bath the other day because the bird spray I've been using makes her feathers oily so she's all nice and clean :)
