My new betta "goth"

This is my new betta, Goth. I was just browsing through petco just to see what bettas they have for grab now and I was just stunned and I told myself I have to get him. Not really sure what type he is cause the label says he's an HM but I think he's a dragon delta. Can anyone confirm what he is?

He's not a dragon, not even close. He is probably a HM, but you need to get him to flare so you can tell for sure.

Dragons have thick, matte, powdery scales. He doesn't have that.

He is gorgeous! Lucky I passed by petco. He's being shy right now and just staying behind the filter, either that or the current is too strong for him
