2-3 gallon tanks anywhere?

So I got a quick question.
I really want another betta.
Do you know where to get a pretty cheap tank thats not like over 20 bucks..
If possible.. Dont include the heater though...
The only places around me are Wal-mart, Petco, Petsmart.
Pet wise, that's all I got.
Thanks.

Fish keeping is more than a hobby, or fun, is a life. Sorry you have to live with it, mom.
How can someone NOT name a fish? Unless you have like 100 but still....
I love this site so much!!!! Everyone is nice and understanding :)

Take a look at Kritter Keepers. They don't come with a filter, heater or light, but are relatively cheap. IMO, I'd go for the large or extra large which hold more than 2-3 gallons, but I think the medium sized one holds 3 gallons. I think I saw them on amazon for $10 or so. A small filter and heater shouldn't cost much, and then there's decor too. I'd say you might be able to do it for about $30. I think Petco sometimes do $1 per gallon sales, so that might be something to look out for. Walmart often have some good offers on, you can get a 5 gallon for around $10 I think, not sure what they come with though.

Critter keeper!
Theyre about 11 dollars for the 3 gallon at petco. Petco and petsmart also have glass 2.5 gallon tanks...but like the critter keeper it doesnt come with any filter heater or anything....For my critter keepers I use a desk lamp for lighting...penn plax adjustable heater and a nano filter..

I got a 2.5gal all glass aqueon for 5 bucks at a regular fish store. Just the tank nothing else. Then I spent about $20 for a filter and $10 for a heater. (I already had sand.) So got out of that for about $35.00. (It is NOT the mini bow, but looks like a regular long rectangular tank.) I THINK I saw the same tank at petco once.

There is my 3 gallon critter keeper tank.I found mine in the reptile section and it has a green lid...They make some critter keepers just for bettas at petco and they have the blue lid, but they were a few dollars more than the one in the reptile section ... the one in the reptile section is BPA free and had the same thickness and the same size as the large betta keeper..I think they make really nice betta tanks. :)

Oh, I saw the 99 cent sale too!!!
Some males are only $1.99. :)
Yes, I have the 2.5 gallon for my current betta, Rae.
He's pretty happy in it.
Luckily, I found a corner tank in my garage...
I just remembered I have that!! :)
So I'll just use that :)
I use a desk lamp for my 10 gallon since the lamp broke.
