I am not even sure what you mean by this. lol. Like an air pump? So far as I know you are already all set. You don't need anything else. Except maybe another fish...

yes, you know the little thing that puts bubbles in there and adds air...

Yes, I find those annoy more bettas than anything. Some like to play with/in the bubbles, but I really only recommend them for tanks that are 10 gallons and larger (not divided). That way they can get far away from them and still build bubble nests if they find them annoying.

Looks like a really nice setup. I went back to get it but they were all gone . I have my guy in a 2.5 gallon but I've been looking for something a little bigger for him.

I did get myself a moss ball when I went back...so I have joined that club
