Mystery is not looking too good

Mystery is not acting his normal self...

For the majority of the day he has been laying on his side either on his rock or on the bottom of his bowl underneath the rock.

Every so often he will jolt up to the top of the bowl as if he is trying to catch a breath or something and then swims back down to lay on his side again.

It looks like he is having a hard time floating (has to swim to keep him self at the top of the bowl) so SBD comes to mind but he is swimming up right for the most part.

I have cleaned his bowl 100%

He is eating normal

He does not look bloated.

His color, to the best of my knowledge, seems normal.

Water temperature ranges from 78-82 through out the day.

I change the water once a week

he lives in a 1 gallon tank i believe, either 1 gal. or 1.5 gal.

The second picture is how he usually lays at the bottom.

Please help, I am worried about my little guy!

If it's SBD, try treating with 1 tsp/gal epsom salt and 100% daily water changes for 10 days at least.
