That's too small of a tank for that many fish. I think you'd need at least a 20 gallon for that many fish. The Glofish should be in a school of at least 5 and so should the guppies. I really think you need to upgrade. Also, what kind of algae eater is it? If it's a pleco, they can get huge.

And yesterday my pink glofish was twirling and spinning to its death , the fish was gone for 2 days and then showed up right wen I put my Betta in their

Okay, but next time please research the fish you want before you buy them. Those fish you have really need more space and companions than you've provided for them.

Yes. Each one should be in a school of 5 of their own kind, but you can't do that in a tank your size.
