what is wrong?

Alright, so I've had many males before but never have they done this. They had ich earlier in the weak and thankfully a run of meds took care of it. Now though they are both lethargic. I mean they've been sleeping for 24 hours+. I thought they were dead but they are breathing. One is simply bobbing up and down, not eating or swimming. The other is sleeping and swims horizontally rarely and only for short bursts. Their eyes are both cloudy, one having cloudier eyes than the other. And they seem a bit bigger but not extreme like popeye.

Both have their own 10gals to themselves. Lots of hiding places. Water parameters are all normal. What is this...I'm honestly very worried right now...Ich is one thing...but this is looking very sad.

Alright so now I know they are starting with dropsy...they are bobbing now and looking a bit bloated. Their scales are a bit elevated. But can they have swollen eyes with dropsy?

also the swollen eyes are probably popeye... they don't have to be extreme... fixed by aquarium salt... I don't know if this is safe in combo with dropsy though... I've never experienced it and have no idea how to treat it... :/ hopefully someone else will be able to help with this.... you're sure they're pineconing?
