QT Tank Question?

so I'm treating my boy for aggressive fin rot in the cup he came home in... I remove and add in new water with a turkey baster every few hours... 12 max, usually much sooner.... but do I need to do a 100 and scrub the cup itself? I know ammonia can build up on the sides or whatever... so do I need to do a 100, or is this okay for ten-fifteen days? if it is what's the max amount of days he should be in there without a 100? I hope I can take him out after fifteen days max but he has a lot of fin regrowth he needs... and I'm scared if he put him back in the tank before the fins fully heal he'll have issues again.... I plan to do extra changes but he's always had trouble with his fins even in Pristine water.... thankyou ^-^;;
