How do you get a profile pic?

Im new to the site and I have pics of my fish up, but I cant figure out how to make one my profile picture like everyone else has. Please help!

Hi and welcome :)

When you log in there's a link bar going across the page right underneath the logo with the red betta and the bettafish.com thing. Click on "USER CP" and along the left hand side of the page you'll see things like "edit your detail" and "edit profile pic". Click profile pic and go ahead and fill it in straight off files from your comp.

If you want an avatar picture (the pic will show up on every post you have uner your name. Like my cat looking out the window next to my fish tank over there <<<<

Then go in the USER CP and go down to where it says "edit avatar". You can even make a signature from the menu. It usually automatically resizes them, my banner pic below has been auto resized. Good luck!!

Cool! Thanks alot! Id like to have all my fish as my signature but it wont let me upload that many haha only will let me do 1

To do a collage, go to a photo uploading site.. My favorite is www.photobucket.com and upload the pics you want. There is a drop down or add-on menu which says "e-z collage" and there you can put as many pics in the sig as you want. However, as I said, this site automatically resizes the sigs so if you have a lot of fish the image will get smaller and smaller (depending on the amount of pics in it).
When you save the collage then just copy the [img] code an paste it in the "edit signature" in your user cp here :D
