Can bamboo be used for breeding?

Yesterday I got a new bamboo. Can I use it for breeding? I was wondering if it has Infusoria for the fry

Bamboo is not an aquatic plant. It is possible to have it in the tank, but only if there are no leaves underwater as they will rot and foul the water. I would not use it in an aquarium at all, even with no leaves underwater. I'm sure it can grow *some* infusoria, but not nearly enough would grow off of the roots.
