PLEASE help with my fish :(

I've posted 2 forums in the past 48 hours and no one has responded to either of them and I'm really worried about my fish.
I have a divided ten gallon tank with 3 bettas in it. I've had this setup since Nov 2010 and I've had the two effected bettas since August.

My veiltail has come down with bloating about 2-3 months ago. I've tried fasting and cutting down on feedings but nothing is helping. Now recently it looks a little worse and he's swimming kind of wobbly.

My crowntail one day randomly look like he got caught up in rotten food. There's slimy stuff on his fins and I don't think it's anything to be worried about but how do I get it off? It's just hanging on there. I've tried scraping his fins with a fishnet but that doesn't work.

Here's a picture of my veiltail. someone please help me...these fish mean so much to me.

He looks a little pine coned.

How often are you changing the water and what temperature is it?

try cupping him and doing 100% daily changes. Dose the new water with 1 tsp/gal epsom salt and see if that helps him out.

For your crown tail, try changing the water a little more often or try aquarium salt with him at 1 tsp/gal.

If he is pine coned, slowly bring him up to 3 tsp/gal epsom salt over 2-3 days to let him get used to the change.

So should I quarentine or what? I have an extra 1 gallon. Do I need to quarentine the crowntail too or can I just put the salt in with the water changes? And does it have to be epsom salt or can it be aquarium salt?

And the temp is about 70-75. I know it's low but I'm waiting on Christmas to get a new heater. And I do a 50% once a week

Quarantine your veil tail. Epsom salt for him specifically. Anything else will complicate his current issue.

just try clean water for your crown tail to see if that helps at all. If it doesn't start to clear up within a few days, start him on 1 tsp/gal aquarium salt (Or plain Kosher salt: no additive whatsoever).

try to get the temperature up as soon as you can.

Well I can't get the temp up till after Christmas :/ How often and how much should I change in the 10 gallon tank with the crowntail. And I'll get the epsom salt tomorrow and quarentine the veil tail.

Ideal would be 100%, but it's not really feasible with a 10 gallon.

for the 10 gallon, try filling it to only 5 gallons and change it 50% twice weekly to see if that helps out any.
