My guess is veil or delta. She doesn't have enough reduced webbing to qualify as being a ct or even a "comb tail" really. Either way you're not going to get many HM (if any at all) breeding her.

Eggspots do not mean female, males, especially short finned males, can have eggspots also

I'm 99% sure she's a female. She's got small ventral fins and dorsal, a small beard (which females can have), and in the first picture of the second post you can see her ovaries.
