Betta girls wont eat

Firstly my boy henry wont eat, he sees me put the food in at least. My betta girls are always hidden away so how do I get food to them. Will they eat it off the ground?

We need some more information......

How big are the tanks, how much and how often are the water changes, water temp, filter, live plants, additives used, other tank mates, type of food you are offering, how long have you had them...any behavior changes or other signs/symptoms and have they ever been sick and/or treated for anything in the past 2 weeks....

Both tanks are the same really. 10g reasonably planted, weekly water changes, water temp 26 (although they usually sit around 24), add stress coat and stress zyme at water changes, Henry has three emerald green corys, Aqua one betta pellets and bloodworms, had them about a week, no signs of ilness. Hope that helps :)

None have eaten anything for the week...correct......live plants? and as kathstew asked...how many females.....are the corydoras new and are they eating....

Its not uncommon for them not to eat in the beginning....this varies...some eat the first day and others can take a week or two.....they love to keep us on our toes....lol.......anyway....I would keep offering food and remove any uneaten within a reasonable time and if these are also new setups-depending on the number and species of live plants(if these are live plants)-you may want to add an extra 50% water only change between your regular weekly water changes until the nitrogen cycle is established and the live plants actively growing......do you have any water prams for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH

What species and number of live plants and tell us about the lights-age of bulbs, kelvin, watts and photoperiod.....

Love to see some pics.....

Keep us posted.....
