Ich?

I have a female betta, she's darting around her tank glancing off objects. They are hard to see but I THiNK I've spotted white specks on her. Not a lot though. She has clamped fins.
Tank size: 2.5g (unable to heat :( )
What ive done so far: I put 1 teaspoon of aquarium salt in last night (I took some tank water out and dissolved salt in that and then put back in tank)
This morn. I did a 80% water change (I'm also battleing ammonia in her tank)
And put 1/2 tsp. aq. Salt.
Tank mates: two snails and a ghost shrimp
Plants: unknown plant and moss ball
Meds on hand: jungle's ick guard II and kordon's Ich Attack (have read these don't work)

Please help, what should I do? Thank you

So I decided to take out the snails and shrimp.
I then added the jungle ick guard II.
Hope it works!

If you have live plants in your tank, you'll want to avoid aquarium salt as it tends to be rather harsh on them.

Definitely follow the instructions for your ick medication as best as you can and she should respond well to the treatment.
