Exclamation Small Black Dots On Fins

My betta has developed about 10 or so black dots on just its fins. my Betta is still swimming around, eating, and looks completely healthy. Are these black spots something to worry about when i first saw them i did a 100% water change about a week ago and they dont seem to be going away? Any advise???

do you have a picture of it?
the dots could be part of it's coloring.

just keep an eye on it, make sure it does turn into holes. otherwise, it would be fin rot.

Do the spots look raised at all? If not, then I think he is marbling up, which is natural. My white cellophane betta recently marbled up and his perfectly clear fins now are partially burgundy.

If the spots DO look raised and your betta is perhaps acting unusually, like rubbing or darting, then I would say external parasite such as fish lice.

Personally though, just based on the pics, he looks like he's marbling.
