Tubifex Worms

I was in PetSmart today gawking at all the merchandise when I saw this enormous thing of tubifex worms. I've heard on here in spawn logs that the worms are terrific for fry, so I was wondering if there was any benefit in feeding them to adults.

Freeze dried or frozen?

Frozen has much more nutrition to it than the freeze dried stuff does. I'd only feed the freeze dried as a treat or as a supplement to other foods.
